Users of the RibiskeKarte.si web portal are being informed about fishing news via portal and e-mail. The communication relates to novelty in general fishing and news in fishing districts, special offers (including reduced prices of fishing licences) and content related to the protection of fish and the environment. E-news is being prepared in full by the editorial board of the company Terra Nullius, d.o.o.
The news that we send to our e-mail receivers (only to those, who consent to receive e-news) consists of a blog (example), trophy catches, changes in fishing regimes, new fishing families that joined the sale of licences on the portal, special offers of advertisers on the portal and other matters related to sport fishing. E-news is sent twice a month, and exceptionally more often if dictated by changes or time-limited offers that are of interest to anglers. In the newsletter, we also send special offers of fishing families that offer fishing at promotional prices (example). These emails are not excluded with two-week extensive mailing.

The user has at any time the right to inspect, copy, update, repair, block, limit the use and delete personal data relating to him. The following restrictions apply: in case of suspicion of a criminal offense or unjustified use of third-party personal data, the manager will keep the data as long as necessary due to the course of official procedures. If insight, transcription, copying, updating, correction, blocking or deletion of personal data is not possible through the use of functions or services that can be accessed on the basis of a registration to a web portal with a registration profile, that user may request that via e-mail info@ribiskekarte.si. The requested information will be provided by the operator exclusively in electronic form. The administrator is not obliged to comply with the request for insight, copying of personal data, provided that it is submitted less than three months after the last request, granted by the administrator, but there are no reasonable grounds for re-request in such a short time. The operator may request proof of identity from the user, and in the event that he fails to submit this appropriate evidence, he shall reject his application.
The personal data manager within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act is the operator of the web portal, namely TERRA NULLIUS, the online creativity group, d. o. o. (abbreviated company: Terra Nullius, d.o.o.), Bobovo pri Ponikvi 9, 3232 Ponikva, registration number 6160930000, VAT ID SI83578986, entered in the court register at the District Court of Ljubljana under entry number 2012/19516 with a share capital of 7.500,00 EUR.
