The fishing family Ruše manages its fishing district on approximately 180 ha of water areas of the Drava river and all the tributaries coming from the mountains of Pohorje and Kozjak.  The first fishing district  on the Drava  spreads from the hydropower plant Ožbalt to the hydropower plant Fala and the second part includes accummulating waters from  the hydropower plant Fala to the hydropower plant  Mariborski otok.   The RD Ruše manages a lot of creeks as well; the bigger ones - Lobnica and Radoljna- are fishing territories where you can fish  for brown trouts in the season recreationally. The other ones are breeding streams which are meant for breeding of brown trouts that are then put back into the fishing waters.
