The creek's surface is 4,8 ha and is both salmonid and cyprinid in character. It is home to following fish species: pikes, chubs, tenches, brown trouts, barbels, European bullheads, gudgeons, minnows and stone loaches. Allochthonous fish species as greylings, common rudds and perches are harder to find in this creek.
The most interesting fishing time in the creek Rak is when the water levels are somewhat higher-then you fish for chubs that search food in the flooded meadows along the creek. But the terrain also allows you to fly fish for chubs, too-pretty successfully- especially during summer and autumn. Some beautiful pikes also hide in deep grass.
During the winter and summer drought, the Rak district can dry up completely, which makes fishing impossible.
